Wow! I've been away from WOYWW for so long! I've missed it! So, I haven't been posting because most of the time I know I won't have time to comment on your desks. This time, I have time because my summer break is coming soon and I'm almost done with all my work! Yay! I'm so happy to have time to do things I enjoy again! I've been crafting, but I haven't been cleaning up, I gotta budget my spare time, right?! So here's what my desk looks like today: SO messy! I got some new stash too (petaloo cards, the punch and the flourishes). The rockablocks and stamp are blog candy I won from crafter's companion. Have been wanting to use it, but haven't had time. Hello everyone, A few days ago, I was lucky enough to be the winner of 2 blog candies and it felt great to win. So I had to do a giveaway of my own to share the joy. Then I realized that this June is my 1 year blogaversary! Woohoo! So the blog candy is for 2 reasons, it feels great to give and receive and to celebrate my year of blogging and all the wonderful people I've met through it. My favorite challenges are DCWV's stack a holic challenge and the paper variety's weekly challenge. So I'm entering this LO for both: I used the sketch for the stackaholic challenge and the inspiration came from the episode of I Love Lucy where she goes to Turo to see an old fashioned winery. It reminded me of the trip we took to Napa in 2008. Although, we didn't see anyone stepping on grapes lol. The vineyards are beautiful, it was such a great trip!

Hello Everyone! I feel so luck, I've recently won 2 blog candies. I've already received this from Jessica Beautiful things all the way from Canada! Thank you Jessica! I also won the giveaway on Lynda's blog  from the  Crafter's Companion Blog Hop I haven't received it yet, but it's on it's way :) I think it's about time to give back! Receiving Candy feels great, so I'm going  to be giving away some candy soon :) This will be my very first time hosting a candy giveaway! I already ordered it and it should be on it's way. So I felt so proud of myself because I didn't shop too much this month. I just looked at my credit card statements, and I only spent about $50 at Michaels and Joann's for the whole month of April. This is pretty good for me!  Only about 3 visits total in April. usually I would go to each store at least once a week. that means I would make about 8 visits to a craft store per month! shocking! I had a pretty close call shopping online. I almost spent $60 online yesterday but I kept thinking about project 2011 and how proud I was of myself, so I stopped. I closed the browser quickly and walked away. If I can narrow it down to $25-$30 I'll allow myself to buy it next month. I'm hoping that I keep spending less and less because I KNOW I have plenty of stash to use already. ugh...and you all haven't even seen my yarn stash! *hangs head in shame* So one of the things I bought this month was the 'World Traveler' stack by DCWV and a 'notebook' paper punc...
