Entry for The Paper Variety Challenge Week 14

The photo inspiration for this week was so cute! I would have jumped on it to do a page about my dogs, but I had to make a giftcard holder for our secret santa at work and I was inspired by the photo's beautiful colors. I've been craving layers lately so I combined the two and this is what I came up with:


The gift card is taped onto the ribbon so it can be pulled out easily. Oh, did I mention they are giving away a mitten weather mini deck on Tuesday to one lucky person? go play!

So sad that  the paper variety will be off for 2 weeks :(  but I do hope the girls enjoy their vacation ;)

DCWV and Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft

I'm so excited about this blog hop! I've loved Faber-Castel products for a long time and it was so much fun to combine them with my favorite DCWV textures. Christmas with Clear Scraps & DCWV

I might have a LO or 2 about Christmas....Why? I just never get around to making more of them! The Holidays are usually too crazy and then I get into doing LOs of just ever day stuff or travel pics... and the holidays just get forgotten.  This year, I'm ready! I'll have the album pre-made, I just have to stick on the pictures and add some journaling! I used this 8x8 tabbed acrylic album from Clearscraps to create a Christmas mini that is ready to go.  The papers are Christmas Memories with a little bit of the Christmas and winter Diecut stack, the Christmas basics 6x6 & the Burlap stack.
